The Tabernacle

The Tabernacle
Two Images of
The Tabernacle of Moses

"Then the Lord spoke to Moses saying, "And let them construct a sanctuary for Me, that I may dwell among them.  According to all that I am going to show you, as the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all its furniture, just as so you shall construct it."
 (Exodus 25: 8-9)
The Tabernacle was all about worship.  It was a prophetic pattern of worship that God gave to Moses, the method and means by which the people could approach a holy God.
Every article of furniture in it and every material that was used to build the tabernacle had spiritual significance, and they all pointed to Jesus Christ, the Savior.
Now, through a new and living covenant we have access to God through our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us, shed His blood, and paid for our sins.  The veil that separated us from the Holy of Holies, God and His holiness, was rent in two.

And now we have free access to His grace and mercy through a personal relationship with God in Christ.  God is calling us back to worship, to receive Christ in our hearts as our Lord and Savior, to receive all that He has done for us through the cross, and enter into a place of intimacy and worship with Him, into a place of personal communion.  May this time in this worship garden bring you to a place of surrender, to embrace all that is in Christ and enter into your new beginning and into a new intimacy with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
